Semi-automatic welding machine PTK MASTER MIG 200 DOUBLE PULSE SYNERGY D99-4
Description
PTK MASTER MIG 200 DOUBLE PULSE SYNERGY D99-4 is an updated model of semi—automatic machines with double pulse and synergetic control settings. The uniqueness of the model lies in the 4-roller welding wire feed mechanism. When using the pulse mode, the device welds stainless steels, aluminum alloys and sheet metal products with ease and special quality. And with the help of a 4-roller mechanism, the welding wire is fed more smoothly and evenly, which is especially important when welding aluminum.
Features:
- Metal 4-roller welding wire feed mechanism. This mechanism contributes to a more stable and uniform wire feed, without jerks. This has a direct impact on the quality of work when welding aluminum and sheet metal. A coil with a wire weighing 5 and 1 kg can be installed in the device. The device is supplied with installed 30x10x10 feed rollers for steel wire with a diameter of 0.8 - 1.0 mm.
- The synergetic control function allows you to select the optimal welding current parameters, while the welding voltage (arc length) is adjusted automatically. Additionally, the features of welding materials are taken into account – the diameter of the welding wire, the type and composition of the protective gas, the material to be welded.
- It is possible to disable synergetics and welding in the "Manual" mode, i.e. welding with manual process settings.
- In the DOUBLE PULSE MIG mode, adjustments of the base current, pulse frequency and pulse filling (duty cycle) are provided. In PULSE MIG mode (in 4T mode), there is also an adjustment of the crater welding current and the crater welding voltage. In 4TL mode, the starting current and voltage are adjusted, as well as the crater welding current and the crater welding voltage.
- In the MIG and PULSE MIG modes, there is a function of pre-purging and post-purging with gas to reduce the formation of defects and protect the welded product from oxidation.
- The Run In function facilitates arc ignition in MIG mode.
- In MIG mode, there is a hot start function for improved welding arc ignition.
- The settings provide an inductance adjustment to change the stiffness or softness of the arc.
- 2T/4T/4TL welding torch operating modes. 4TL is the burner mode when the welding current and welding voltage change according to the cyclogram.
- SPOT function for welding with dots or small potholders.
- Welding without gas with a powder wire.
- The device has memory slots for recording welding process settings.
- Additional function of argon arc welding in the environment of protective gases Lift TIG. Allows the use of tungsten electrodes with a diameter from 1.0 to 4.0 mm.
- Additional function of manual MMA arc welding. Allows the use of coated electrodes with a diameter from 1.5 to 5.0 mm.
- In the MMA mode, there is a functional of arc Force, Hot Start, electrode anti-sticking (Anti Stick) and no-load voltage reduction (VRD).
- 2 years service warranty.

The voltage at the terminals is switched on before the arc is ignited. The higher this value (closer to 80-100 V), the easier and faster the initial ignition occurs, and the more stable the arc burns (especially on rusty metal or with base-coated electrodes). Low values are typical for devices with a safe voltage reduction system (VRD).

The minimum thickness of the supported wire. The use of 0.6–0.8 mm wire is critically important for car body repair and work with sheet metal (up to 1-1.5 mm), as this minimizes heat build-up and avoids burning of parts.
