BRIMA MIG-350is a welding inverter semi–automatic machine designed for solid wire welding in protective gases (this welding method in accordance with ISO 4063-90 has the following abbreviation – MIG Metal Inert Gas, MAG Metal Active Gas) materials such as carbon and alloy steels. Active gases (carbon dioxide, gas mixture) are used as protective gases when welding MAG, which take part in the formation of the welded joint, and inert – when welding MIG (argon, helium), which do not enter into chemical interaction with metals and practically do not dissolve in them. Thanks to the protection, the welding zone is not exposed to harmful oxidative effects of the environment and the quality of the welded joint increases dramatically.
The key features of this model include:
- On the front control panel there are two digital displays showing the values of welding current and voltage.
- The inductance regulator allows you to adjust the softness and stiffness of the arc. For deep penetration, the arc is made more rigid, but at the same time the spraying increases. On a soft arc, it is good to cook the root of the seam, raise the vertical seam.
- Switching between 2- and 4-stroke modes. In the 2-stroke mode, welding is performed by constantly pressing the button on the burner holder. In 4-stroke mode - press the button to perform welding, press the button again to stop.
