How the camera is constructed
|
The camera is assembled from movable sections that move along floor-mounted rails on support trolleys and rollers. Electric motors operate the folding and unfolding functions, and a scissor mechanism allows the working area to be adjusted to the size of the specific product. This allows one booth to handle structures of various sizes, and only the volume actually used needs to be ventilated.
- Frame — heavy-duty steel with pantographs made of 40×60×2.5 mm and 25×50×2.5 mm tubing, with a section pitch of 1100 mm.
- Shelter — transparent, fire-resistant PVC tarpaulin that can withstand temperatures up to +80°C. It limits the spread of paint and varnish aerosol beyond the work area.
- Gates — Entry gates with an electric drive for automatic opening and closing.
- Lighting — Explosion-proof LED lights, 20 pieces with a power of 18 W each.
- Installation — No special foundation is required; the chamber is installed on guides directly in the operating workshop.
Ventilation and Air Purification
The chambers are equipped with a supply and exhaust system with air exhaust through an exhaust wall at the end. Contaminated air undergoes a two-stage purification process: first, a cardboard inertial filter, operating on the multi-cyclone principle, captures paint particles, then a carbon filter block absorbs the remaining contaminants. The inertial filter has a high dust holding capacity and consistently low resistance, while the carbon block can replace an expensive air handling unit for occasional painting.
A replacement carbon filter for paint booths manufactured by CZPM can also be ordered from Enex.

Enex Model Range
Models differ in size; the numbers in the designation indicate the length, width, and height of the chamber in meters. The design and configuration are the same for all models.
- TK-8×4.5×4.5 — 8000 × 4500 × 4500 mm;
- TK-8×6×6 — 8000 × 6000 × 6000 mm;
- TK-10×5.5×5.5 — 10,000 × 5,500 × 5,500 mm;
- TK-15×5×5 — 15,000 × 5,000 × 5,000 mm;
- TK-18×6×6 — 18 000 × 6000 × 6000 mm;
- TK-20×5.5×5.5 — 20,000 × 5500 × 5500 mm, the longest model in the line.
The models listed are typical designs. The manufacturer designs the chamber for a specific product and site, so the length, width, and height can be specified according to the customer's specifications.

Where used
TK telescopic booths are used in metalworking, mechanical engineering, and metal fabrication industries—wherever welded structures, industrial equipment, machine parts, and body parts need to be primed and painted. The telescopic design is especially effective when the dimensions of the parts to be painted vary greatly: a single booth can be adjusted to accommodate different structures.
