GAZPROM DOBYCHA IRKUTSK LLC

Gazprom Dobycha Irkutsk LLC is a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom PJSC. The company is the operator for the development of the Kovykta gas condensate field, a resource base for the implementation of the Power of Siberia project along with the Chayandinsky NGCM in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Kovyktinskoye Gas Processing Plant is the basis of the Irkutsk Gas Production Center within the framework of the Eastern Gas Program.

Thanks to the development of the Irkutsk Gas Production Center and the implementation of the Power of Siberia project, the Irkutsk Region is becoming one of the key "gas" regions of Russia. The implementation of this project has allowed the creation of thousands of modern and high-tech jobs in the Irkutsk region.

It is impossible not to note the economic effect associated with an increase in tax revenues to regional and local budgets, the creation of favorable conditions for attracting new investments to the region, the implementation of local infrastructure projects, the modernization of existing and the creation of new industries. Great opportunities are also opening up for the development of industry, specialized education, socio-economic partnership, transport infrastructure, and the service sector. This makes it possible to accelerate the processes of new industrialization in the region, gives a powerful impetus to accelerate the socio-economic development of the Irkutsk region, and has a positive impact on improving the quality and standard of living of the population.

The company carries out the following activities:

• gas production and treatment, shipment of gas processing products;
• major repairs of existing facilities;
• repair, construction and commissioning works;
• generation of electric power, thermal energy, wastewater treatment, organization of heat supply to facilities;
• providing production with technological communication and automated control systems;
• development and implementation of advanced production technologies, carrying out design and survey, engineering and geophysical work;
• investment activities, transactions with securities;
• construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of highways and road structures;
• freight and passenger transportation by road, operation of lifting mechanisms;
• topographic and geodetic, cartographic and surveying work;
• activities related to the use of information constituting a state secret, protection of public information, secret record keeping;
• publishing activities;
• provision of professional training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in their own or other educational institutions based on established educational standards;
• other types of activities that are not prohibited by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Kovyktinskoye gas field, along with the Chayandinskoye field in Yakutia, is the resource base of the Power of Siberia project and the basis for the creation of the Irkutsk Gas Production Center as part of the Eastern Gas Program.
