Description

CNC system
The basic configuration includes a CNC system CNC-11 Titanium, LCD monitor 10.4 inches, touch.
This CNC system is completely Russian-made and is 100% compatible with FANUC postprocessors, which will not cause problems with commissioning or retraining of employees.

Rolling guides
On the machines of the VGI series, movements along the axes (X*Y*Z) are carried out using roller guides of the RGR type from HIWIN (Taiwan). In the bearing blocks (carriages), four rows of rollers are placed at an angle of 45, so they perceive the load equally in both radial and longitudinal directions. Due to the use of linear guides, high rigidity and load capacity, fast dynamic response, low coefficient of friction (0.003 ~ 0.005) are achieved.
Cabinet protection
The fully enclosed processing zone, including the upper protection of the housing, prevents the spraying of coolant supplied to the cutting zone under high pressure, as well as the ingress of unwanted objects from above into the working area.
