Description
The PROSVAR S 400 220V hydraulic butt welding machine is used during the formation and repair of water pipes, gas pipelines, sewers, heating systems and other communications. It is suitable for welding pipes made of various polymers: polyethylene, polypropylene and other materials. Due to the high reliability of the internal components, a long service life of the machine is guaranteed, even when actively used on an industrial scale.
The design of the PROSVAR S 400 220V welding machine model is complemented by a centralizer, on which four clamps are located for fixing the parts to be welded. Thanks to the durable steel alloy, as well as the stiffeners located on the centralizer, it is possible to work with pipes with any SDR index. This design element is complemented by four strong clamps, one of which can be detached to simplify the welding process of pipes, tees, crosses and bends. The metal alloy used for manufacturing is not susceptible to corrosion, accidental ingress of moisture, caustic substances and exposure to elevated temperatures.
PROSVAR S 400 220V equipment is successfully used for welding pipes and fittings made of polymer materials with diameters from 160 to 400 millimeters. You can adjust this parameter using special reduction polished inserts, which are included in the delivery package. Special reinforced bolts made of metal alloy are used to fix them on the structure. Such fasteners ensure that the inserts are securely fixed during welding operations, thereby ensuring the complete tightness of the created structure of pipes and fittings.

When the mains power is turned off, the accumulator maintains the pressure in the system at an optimal level.
