Operating principle
The gripper picks up and secures the load with forks through the technological holes in the pallet or pallet. This allows not only to move the loads but also to lift them to a considerable height without the risk of shifting or falling. The ZVPL model is equipped with a comb with an adjustable link for adjusting the center of gravity, as well as adjustable tongs for adjusting the grip width to suit different cargo dimensions.

Operating and maintenance guidelines
To ensure the gripper serves for a long time and safely:
- Before each use, check the forks, legs, and locking mechanisms for cracks, deformations, and corrosion.
- Make sure the load capacity of the gripper matches the weight of the load.
- Conduct a test run before lifting: lift the load to a small height and make sure the gripper securely holds the pallet.
- Position the gripper symmetrically relative to the center of gravity of the load — this will ensure even load distribution.
- Avoid sudden jerks and impacts when lifting and lowering — this reduces the service life of the mechanism.
- Do not exceed the load capacity: overloading can lead to deformation or destruction of the structure.
- Use only properly functioning lifting mechanisms and devices that comply with safety standards.
- After use, clean the grip from dust, dirt, moisture, and aggressive substances.
- Store in a dry room; avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity and chemicals.
- If you notice cracks, chips, sticking mechanisms, or signs of corrosion, stop using the grab and send it for inspection.
