Advantages of capturing ZKK ROMKAS
- High lifting capacity - 0.5-2000 tons: the grippers can withstand high loads when lifting heavy concrete rings.
- Safety: The design prevents the ring from slipping and tipping over during lifting.
- Secure fixation: special gripping elements ensure stable retention of the ring without damaging the surface.
- Durability: made of high-strength structural steel, designed for intensive use in harsh conditions.
- Anti-corrosion protection: Coating (galvanized or powder coated) protects against rust and prolongs service life.
- Versatility: suitable for rings with a diameter of 700-2500 mm and a wall thickness of 40-130 mm.
- User-friendliness:The simple design allows you to quickly install and remove the gripper.
- Compact: The well-thought-out design simplifies storage and transportation.
- Wide temperature range: it is operable at temperatures from -40 °C to +40 °C.
- Russian production: guarantee of quality, availability of spare parts and service.
Design features
- Clamping mechanism: securely locks the ring around the perimeter, eliminating slippage.
- Reinforced levers: withstand high loads, resistant to deformation.
- Adjustable grip width: allows you to work with rings of different diameters.
- Protective pads (optional): prevent damage to the ring surface during fixation.
- The marking on the body: contains information about the load capacity, model, production date and batch number.
- Ergonomic elements: simplify the installation and removal of the gripper, reduce operator fatigue.
- Thickened hull walls: increase durability and resistance to shock loads.

Scope of ZKK ROM capture
ZKK ROMEK capture is used for:
- Lifting and installation of concrete and reinforced well rings;
- Construction of septic tanks, drainage wells, and storm water systems;
- Installation of engineering communications using ring structures;
- Movement of rings on construction sites and warehouses;
- Operation as part of lifting systems (cranes, winches, hoists);
- Works in conditions of limited space due to a well-thought-out design;
- Construction of infrastructure facilities (sewers, observation wells);
- Reconstruction and repair of old wells with replacement rings.
Recommendations for operation and maintenance
To make the capture last long and safely:
- Check the housing, levers, and clamping mechanism for cracks, deformations, and corrosion before each use.
- Make sure that the load capacity of the gripper matches the weight of the ring.
- Before lifting, perform a trial test: lift the ring to a small height and make sure that the gripper securely locks the structure.
- Install the gripper symmetrically - this will ensure an even distribution of the load.
- Avoid sudden jerks and bumps when lifting and lowering - this reduces the life of the mechanism.
- Do not exceed the load capacity: overloading may cause the structure to deform or collapse.
- Use only serviceable slings and lifting devices that comply with safety standards.
- After work, clean the gripper from construction dust, dirt, moisture and concrete residues.
- Store in a dry place, avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity and chemicals.
- If you find cracks, chips, jamming of the mechanism or signs of corrosion, stop using it and send the gripper for inspection.
