The MCN series drills are available with different sharpening angles - 90°, 120°, 118°/60°.
This allows you to choose the best option for specific tasks:
- 90°: universal angle, suitable for most standard center hole operations. It is ideal for pre-marking before drilling. The drill diameter is 3-25 mm.
- 120°: designed to work with high hardness materials and complex shaped parts. Ensures stable positioning of the main drill even on curved surfaces. The drill diameter is 3-25 mm.
- 118°/60°: combined version. The angle of 118° is responsible for the initial embedding and formation of the cone, and 60° is responsible for creating an accurate indentation. It is optimal for high-precision machining and preparation for threading. The diameter of the drill is 1-12.5 mm.
The MCN series drills are designed specifically for CNC machines and coordinate boring machines.
Attention: The drill is not suitable for processing deep holes. Use it for centering and chamfering tasks at a standard depth.
