CK and CK-H series — horizontal bed machines
Equipment with a classic horizontal arrangement of sliding rails, along which a carriage with a tool attachment mechanism moves. In terms of functionality, the machines are comparable to the 16A20F3 and IT-42 models well-known to domestic manufacturers.
- CK — classic headstock with gearbox;
- CK-H is an independent spindle assembly with stepless speed control from a CNC servo;
- simple and economical maintenance;
- tool holder options: electromechanical or servo-hydraulic turret for 6/8 positions, 4-position tool holder with vertical axis; optional — a plate with T-slots for large-scale production.

CKX series — high-speed machines with inclined bed
CKX machines are designed for high processing speeds and increased accuracy. The bed is made of HT300 cast iron and is heat treated, which ensures the rigidity and stability of the geometry.
- precision bearings from NSK (Japan) in the spindle assembly;
- HIWIN linear guides (Taiwan);
- starting from the CKX500L model, a servohydraulic tool holder with BMT tooling;
- standard equipment: hydraulic three-cam chuck, hydraulic tailstock, remote flywheel, automatic lubrication and cooling systems, chip conveyor belt, sets of hardened and raw cams;
- on request: collet chucks, lunettes, automatic tool binding devices.

TCSL series — turning machining centers
A ruler for tasks that require not only turning, but also milling. The increased weight bed significantly improves the anti-vibration characteristics during milling operations.
- the slope of the guides is 30°;
- HIWIN roller linear guides and spindles on NSK bearings;
- hydraulic brake and angular indexing of the spindle (C axis);
- optional — Y-axis version for off-center processing.

Control systems and terms of delivery
All machines are equipped with the Fanuc Oi mate TF CNC system with a Russian-language menu, as well as Fanuc motors and drives. At the request of the customer, alternative control systems can be installed — GSK, KND or Siemens.
- the equipment is guaranteed for 12 months;
- delivery time is from 90 to 180 calendar days, depending on the series and configuration;
- step-by-step payment: 30% advance payment, 50% upon availability, 20% after acceptance;
- technical documentation in Russian.
