Silvent Represents Innovative, Safe Air Nozzle With Big Power Power
Compressed air is one of the most expensive energy carriers. At the same time, the main aspect of its use is to ensure the safety of people involved in working with it in one way or another. Today, few people wonder why every shower stall is equipped with a sprinkler at the end of the hose, and every car is manufactured from the factory with a muffler. It was the economy and safety that ensured the birth of such devices. If the whole of everyday life is permeated with such devices, why not make the workplace safer and more economical if we spend most of our time at work?
Silvent invests a lot of resources in the development of new products. Our air nozzles, blow guns and air knives are developed in collaboration with users to meet the needs of the industry. We strive to help companies improve working conditions and reduce energy consumption when purging with compressed air.
One of the results of such long-term research is the innovative nozzle SILVENT 745 L
Made of stainless steel grade 1.4305 (303). Equipping the nozzle with Laval technology allows you to optimally use the energy of compressed air, which brings the airflow to an absolute level. This is made possible thanks to the "air cushion", which allows providing protection around the main stream moving at supersonic speed around and parallel to the main air jet. The main, laminar air flow is created due to the patented integration of the Laval Nozzle into the nozzle design. Thus, all the energy of compressed air is converted into kinetic energy almost without loss and atomization, even at large distances. The combination of these engineering solutions makes it possible to use the energy of compressed air as efficiently as possible, creating a high blowing power with low noise and energy consumption.
The nozzle replaces an open pipe with a diameter of 25 mm in comparative strength.
The design of the nozzle allows you to have an output force from 68.8 Newtons to 286.5 Newtons, depending on various indicators of the inlet pressure.

The main advantages over an open pipe of equivalent diameter is a reduction in compressed air consumption by up to 35% (406 Nm3 / hour), while simultaneously reducing the harmful noise produced by 60% (13 dB (A))
The nozzle is completely made of stainless steel and is suitable for use in almost any environment, for solving tasks in which a high blowing force is required, for example, in the paper industry, in metallurgical or chemical industries.
