Cylindrical deburring brushes
Specially designed cylindrical deburring brushes. They are suitable for all common deburring machines. Although they are heavier than other brushes due to their dense filling, we exclude any imbalance due to evenly spaced filler and checking each brush. Filled with high-quality wire, these brushes have a longer service life. All brushes have a double keyway.
Deburring brushes from STL/ROL cord wire
Cord wire deburring brushes are usually used to work on very hard materials. This wire design provides additional fixation of the wire, so the power of the brush increases.
Flooded deburring brushes
Ideal for aggressive and very precise work. Therefore, the brush has a longer service life and better durability.
Stainless wire brushes

Brush rollers
Brush rollers for use in deburring machines. To remove burrs, for example, on the edges of thin-walled pipes after cutting. As a filling material, you can choose from steel and stainless wire, steel latuned or cord wire. A characteristic feature of the brushes is a particularly dense pile.
Brush rollers for deburring: are supplied with a diameter from 250 to 400 mm and a working width from 55 to 700 mm.
Thanks to our advanced production technology, we can produce balanced brush rollers without balancing weights. A calm, vibration-resistant stroke of such a brush is maintained throughout the entire period of its operation.
End deburring brushes
These brushes are ideal for deburring pipes, profiles or even flat surfaces. End deburring brushes are used in a set of 8, 16 or 24 single end brushes integrated into a single deburring device.
