Carbide Reamers STC58
The reamer is an indispensable tool for processing holes with high precision.
It is used for finishing after drilling, countersinking or boring in metal products and brings the geometric parameters of the hole surface to the required level.
Using a sweep, you can remove a very thin layer of material in tenths and hundredths of a millimeter. This is possible due to the large number of cutting edges, from 4 to 14.
In the STC58 catalog, you can choose any carbide reamer, among which you can choose the reverse, spiral or straight type of sharpening.
Hard alloy reamer reverse sharpening- made of a hard alloy of the VK10KH brand, with a hardness of 90,,,90,5 HRA. Cast iron, bronze and brass guide bushings are well processed. This is a standard type of sharpening, made according to GOST. The cutting grooves have a counterclockwise direction.
Solid alloy reamer spiral sharpening (most popular)- made of a hard alloy of the VK10KH brand, with a hardness of 90,,,90,5 HRA. Cast iron, bronze and brass guide bushings are well processed. The cutting grooves have a clockwise direction. It unfolds the hole without much effort, because the reamer cuts into the sleeve, as if by thread, thereby facilitating its passage along the entire height of the sleeve, without compromising the surface quality.
Hard alloy reamer the sharpening is straight-made of a hard alloy of the VK10KH brand, with a hardness of 90,,,90,5 HRA. Designed for unfolding cast iron guide bushings.
All reamers are made with a tolerance of +0.003 mm, which allows you to get the desired hole size.
