If standard consumables cannot handle the loads at your facility, KIZ is ready to manufacture the tool according to your drawings. The technical capabilities of the plant allow us to produce knives with the following parameters:
Round (disc-shaped) knives and blades
- The diameter of the products varies from 38 to 500 mm.
- The thickness of the blades ranges from 1.6 to 10 mm.
- The declared hardness of the metal is 50-66 HRC.
- Central or point holes can be inserted into the structure.
- Production of slots, recesses, protrusions and special slots for noise reduction is available.
Rectangular knives (guillotine, planing, for press scissors)
- The length of such knives can range from 100 to 5000 mm.
- The available width of the workpieces varies from 9 to 400 mm.
- The thickness of the products ranges from 0.5 to 30 mm.
- The hardness of the knives is maintained at the level of 50-66 HRC.
- It is possible to mill mounting holes, recesses, protrusions and noise-canceling slots.
Serrated, grooved, perforated and pointed knives
- The plant produces serrated and grooved knives up to 2000 mm long.
- The thickness of such knives varies from 0.6 to 40 mm.
- The permissible width ranges from 1.6 to 63 mm.
- Production of serrated knives with increased hardness is available: 50-84 HRC.
- For pointed knives, the parameters are: length up to 200 mm, width from 12 to 75 mm, and thickness from 1.5 to 3.0 mm with a hardness of 50-84 HRC.
