Professional line of Torus welding machines
We have already talked about the working line of Torus welding machines. Today we will consider a line designed for real professionals!
The professional line includes the following welding machines: Torus-235; Torus-250; Torus-255; Torus-260.
TORUS-235
TORUS-235 opens a line of professional devices.
Like all devices of the TORUS series, TORUS-235 has a small size and weight, and at the same time it has the ability to operate continuously at maximum currents even at high ambient temperatures.
Very low temperature is also not an obstacle to its reliable operation. Reducing the mains voltage to 165 V or less will not interfere with the operation of the device and, therefore, it can be used not only at facilities with a weak network, but also for operation from a gas generator. A wide range of welding current, the presence of a digital current indicator, maximum duty cycle (percentage of operating time), small dimensions and weight of the TORUS-235 machine distinguish it from its competitors.
TORUS-250
TORUS-250 is the next model in the professional line of TORUS devices. Operating from a single-phase network of 220 V, TORUS-250 has an increased welding current up to 250 A, and, consequently, an increased percentage of operating time (PV). That allows you to conduct welding work continuously: the device provides PV = 100% at welding current up to 225 Amperes. The power consumption when welding with "household" electrodes with a diameter of 3 mm is such that it allows you to plug the device into a regular home outlet.
If you need a welding machine with a large power reserve and you need to weld continuously throughout the entire work shift, and at the same time the welding machine should not be large and heavy, then you need a TORUS-250 inverter welding machine.
TORUS-255
TORUS-255 has a wide range of welding currents (from 20 to 255 Amperes), which allows it to be used both for welding very thin metals, including in TIG mode (non-consumable electrode welding), and for continuous welding of large metal structures using an electrode up to 6 mm in diameter.
The power margin in the TORUS-255 apparatus is such that it can be effectively used not only for MMA and TIG modes, but also for surfacing and cutting. At the same time, the weight of the device is only 5.7 kg. TORUS-255 has increased reliability with all its maximum parameters.
TORUS-260
TORUS-260 has the widest range of welding currents (from 10 to 260 Amperes), which allows it to be used both for welding very thin metals, including in TIG mode (non-consumable electrode welding), and for continuous welding using an electrode up to 6 mm in diameter of large metal structures.
The power of the device TORUS-260 allows you to work in the mode of surfacing and cutting. The weight of the device itself is traditionally not great - only 5.7 kg.
Like all devices of the TORUS line, TORUS-260 has increased reliability with all its maximum parameters. A 3-year manufacturer's warranty is a guarantee of its high performance in the most difficult operating conditions.
