Breakthrough in the segment of small-pole tooling
The main technical achievement of the end of 2025 was the release of the first small-pole magnetic cartridge with a diameter of 600 mm. Unlike standard clamping devices, this chuck allows you to securely fix thin-walled and small-sized parts for high-precision turning and round-grinding.
The development was carried out as part of the import substitution program: in terms of its accuracy and gravity, the product is not inferior to its European counterparts, which is critically important for Russian factories switching to domestic tooling.

High-precision metalworking as a separate service
In addition to the production of finished products, NPP Magnit is actively developing the direction of contract high-precision grinding. Thanks to the use of a fleet of specialized machines (including the 3D725 model), the company ensures the processing of parts with an accuracy of 4 microns.
This service has become in demand among the company's regular partners, such as PJSC UEC-UMPO, JSC PO Sevmash and KumAPP. The ability to finish large-sized workpieces to achieve grade 9 roughness allows customers to meet the needs for finishing operations that require exceptional precision.

Work on a state defense order
The company's management also confirmed the successful completion of the next stage within the framework of State Defense Order (GOZ). The company's engineering center focuses not only on serial production, but also on individual design of magnetic systems for specific customer needs, including repair and deep modernization of complex industrial equipment.
