Impact test
As part of the impact test, tools are thrown from different heights at different angles onto a hard concrete surface. To check for unfavorable outcomes, we deliberately throw our tools at their vulnerable areas several times in a row.
Splash water and dust resistant
All measuring devices have an IP54 degree of protection, which means that they are protected from the ingress of dust in dangerous quantities and splashing water from all directions.
The protection class of the GRL 600 CHV Professional rotary laser, which is mainly used outdoors, is even higher - IP68. Thanks to this, it is protected from more water.
Thermal test
Our instruments must function properly and accurately even under extreme conditions.
When tested in a climatic chamber, each tool is kept at negative and very high temperatures for several hours. Upon completion of the test, the entire complex of functions is checked.
Vibration test
To check the effect of vibration on the measuring tool, we carry out a vibration test,
during which the device is fixed on the vibrating plate in various positions and strongly shakes on the device for two hours. Thus, we can be sure that the measuring devices are completely safe during transportation.
