Promservice-M magnetic cartridges

Magnetic cartridges use magnetic force to hold or clamp workpieces made of magnetic materials during their processing. Promservice-M magnetic cartridges are manufactured according to GOST 24568-81.

Magnetic cartridges can hold blanks of various sizes. Magnetic cartridges do not apply concentrated clamping forces to the workpiece, so they are excellent for holding thin, fragile workpieces without physical damage.

In the industry, magnetic cartridges are the preferred choice because of their ability to hold the workpiece with a constant clamping force. This reduces vibration during processing.

However, these cartridges cannot be used to clamp workpieces made of non-magnetic material.

Application of magnetic cartridges

The magnetic cartridge is used for fixing flat products on metalworking machines. It is used for finishing and semi-finishing of products.

Features of Promservice-M magnetic cartridges:

• turning on/off the cartridge by means of a special key;

• the ability to process workpieces with or without coolant;

• in one installation, it is possible to process the entire front surface of the end face and the hole at the same time, which saves time and improves the quality of processing.

The specific gravity of magnetic cartridges from residual magnetism is not more than 0.5 N / cm, on the strip — not less than 30 N/ cm. We recommend that you adhere to safety measures while working with cartridges.
