PTIA Award (https://protoolinnovationawards.com ) was established in order to highlight the latest innovations and novelties in the field of tools to professionals and serious home craftsmen. Manufacturers are invited to the award every year by the beginning of the third quarter, which gives enough time to present their products and evaluate them in time for the holiday shopping season and important exhibitions such as STAFDA, NECA, World of Concrete, SHOT, NAHB.

The largest number of applications were submitted for the 9th annual Pro Tool Innovation Awards in 2021. Innovative products have been supplied by dozens of tool manufacturers around the world! 2020 turned out to be a tough year for business. However, it turned out to be very productive for innovation and the construction industry as a whole. Manufacturers continued to develop and promote new technologies and products. We have witnessed the emergence of new battery platforms, higher-capacity power supplies and tools that open up new opportunities.

This year, some new power tools, hand tools, mains-powered tools, battery-powered and pneumatic tools were presented at the competition, which no one expected - the judging team had a hard time (note: the judges of the Pro Tool Innovation Awards consist of a team with many years of experience that annually processes, operates and/or tests more than 500 new power tools, hand tools, accessories and fasteners).
