BRIMA-49-1 is a high-quality copper-plated imported welding wire with a low content of sulfur and phosphorus and a high content of manganese. The wire is designed for semi-automatic welding in the environment of protective gases and their mixtures. It is used for welding critical structures made of carbon and low-alloy steels. Among the advantages of this wire is low metal splashing, a high-quality smooth seam, and the ability to work with high productivity. It is used in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, production of metal structures, etc.
Mechanical properties:
|
- The yield strength is 450 MPa.
- The ultimate strength is 540 MPa.
- The relative elongation is 28%.
- Impact strength is 70 J/cm2.
It is supplied in cassettes (diameter 0.8-1.6 mm, weight 5 and 15 kg).
Welding wire for aluminum and its alloys
Two specialized wires are offered for welding aluminum and its alloys:
BRIMA ER-4043 is an aluminum welding wire designed for semi-automatic and argon arc welding in protective gases and argon arc welding of cast alloys AlSi (silumins); AL-SI-Mg (aviation) type AD31, AD33, AD35. The weld has a smooth, shiny surface, is resistant to corrosion, and does not crack at high operating temperatures.
Mechanical properties:
- The yield strength is 55 MPa.
- The ultimate strength is 165 MPa.
- The elongation is 18%.
It is supplied in cassettes and rods (diameter 0.8-3.2 mm, weight 2, 5 and 6 kg).

|
BRIMA ER-5356 is an aluminum welding wire designed for semi–automatic and argon arc welding in the environment of protective gases (Ar/He) aluminum-magnesium alloys containing at least 3% magnesium, namely AlMg6, AlMg5, AlMg4, AlMg3. Aluminum welding wire meets the requirements of GOST 7871-2019 "Welding wire made of aluminum and aluminum alloys. Technical specifications".
Main advantages:
- Magnesium, an alloying element, guarantees high mechanical properties (impact strength, ductility, strength), and allows for high corrosion resistance, precipitation, and contact with a chemically active medium;
- The wire is suitable for welding in all spatial positions;
- The same diameter is maintained along the entire length of the wire, which makes the welding process continuous and uniform, thereby increasing productivity.
It is supplied in cassettes and rods (diameter 0.8-4 mm, weight 0.5, 1, 2, 5 and 6 kg).

Self-protective powder wire
Powder self-protective wire: welding without gas
BRIMA E71T-GS is a powder welding wire designed for semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding machines. It is used in the manufacture of complex metal structures made of carbon and low-alloy steel without protective gas. Single-pass welding with an overlap joint can take place in all spatial positions. The weld seam is characterized by the absence of pores and cracks, with a clean, smooth surface.
It is supplied in cassettes (diameter 0.8-1 mm, weight 0.5, 1 and 5 kg).
