Production
Concord LLC provides a full technological cycle for the production of cable products: from wire drawing to the application of external coatings based on crosslinked and vulcanized materials .
The plant's equipment fleet is balanced and the technological cycle has no pronounced bottlenecks, which makes it possible to achieve minimum production times and high economic efficiency. Together with planning, this approach avoids storming and does not cause situations in which the execution of the production plan is possible only with a violation of production technology.
The necessary engineering and pre-production are carried out by our own specialists, which greatly reduces both the time and cost of the necessary measures. New production facilities are being built from scratch using VENTALL technology, which is much more efficient and faster than repairing outdated industrial buildings of the Soviet era.
The company's equipment allows the production of copper conductive cores of 1,2 and 5 classes with a nominal cross-section of up to 300 square meters.mm. both round and sectional shapes with covers based on PVC, PE, TEP and vulcanized rubbers (including with a thermal barrier on mica meringue), as well as finished products based on them in armored and shielded versions.

Products
As of the beginning of 2021, the range of manufactured products amounted to 38 brands of more than 2000 standard sizes. The main groups of manufactured products are:
- power cables for stationary installation up to and including 1 kV with PVC-based covers (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions)
- power cables for stationary installation up to and including 1 kV with covers based on halogen-free compositions (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions)
- PVC-based control cables (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions)
- control cables with covers based on halogen-free compositions (including fire-resistant, armored or shielded versions)
- flexible power cables up to and including 0.66 kV for non-stationary laying with covers based on rubbers and thermoplastics
- flexible power cables up to and including 1 kV for fixed and stationary laying with PVC-based covers
- PVC coated wires.
Quality control
The company has a well-developed laboratory base for comprehensive quality control of its products.
All manufactured products undergo mandatory quality control, the results of which are personalized and necessarily documented. Otherwise, the products will in principle not be able to be registered and shipped to the consumer.

The company's production policy is specifically focused on preventive measures to prevent inconsistencies and defects, the occurrence of which is an emergency. Continuous non-destructive quality control of cable products is not possible in all parameters, and therefore working with any feedback is an important component of interaction with consumers.
