The company launched its own hot-melt adhesive production facility in September 2020. It packages glue sticks for the retail market—including under private labels for other brands—while maintaining a separate production line for industrial clients. The company’s customer base includes businesses in the furniture, food, and chemical industries, as well as printing houses, funeral service providers, and advertising agencies. For these clients, the adhesive is sold in one-kilogram packs rather than the 5–20 piece retail packages.
The first step is choosing the diameter. 11 mm sticks are designed for professional glue guns; all industrial-grade models offered by ProfKley are compatible with 11–12 mm sticks. 7 mm sticks are intended for smaller glue guns (designed for 7–8 mm sticks)—the company also supplies these, with power ratings ranging from 10 to 20 watts.
Next, you choose the length. Since the package weight remains constant, the length simply determines the number of sticks per pack. A one-kilogram pack of transparent ProfKley-8015 sticks (300 mm long) contains 34 units, while a one-kilogram pack of 200 mm 8012 sticks contains 52 units. When working continuously, longer sticks require less frequent replacement.
The same applies to the thin glue sticks: a one-kilogram pack of 8072 sticks (200 mm in length) contains over a hundred individual units.

All glue sticks in this product line are transparent and versatile; they can be used to bond wood, cardboard, leather, textiles, and paper. The adhesive operates at a temperature of approximately 190°C. Once applied, you have about half a minute to align the parts, and the bond sets within another 15–20 seconds.
Choosing a glue gun based on adhesive volume
For 11 mm glue sticks, Enex offers three professional "ProfKley" (ПрофКлей) glue guns. The model is selected based on the volume of adhesive that needs to be melted: the 100W PT-100 model can melt up to 1 liter per hour, while the 250W PT-250 can melt up to 2.5 liters. The top-tier model features temperature control and a screw for adjusting the glue flow. All three models heat up in 3–4 minutes and are designed to prevent dripping. The glue guns are manufactured in Taiwan under the "ProfKley" brand, while the glue sticks for this product line are produced in Russia.
