The SP500BNew is a walk-behind unit operated by a walking attendant. The integrated traction drive assists in propelling the machine between cleaning zones, while battery power allows operators to change cleaning areas freely without running mains cables.

Sweeping and Dust Collection Principles
The central cylindrical brush sweeps dry debris directly into the hopper. Simultaneously, a vacuum fan creates active suction while filter elements trap airborne particulate from the airflow. This combined design allows fine litter and sweeping dust to be captured in a single pass. The operator can monitor the cleaned area and easily make a second pass over heavily soiled spots as needed.

The filter shaker mechanism clears built-up dust from the filter media to maintain high airflow efficiency. Filters are conveniently located under the top cowl for fast maintenance access. The waste hopper is easily detachable, allowing the operator to carry and empty it separately from the machine before snapping it back in place to resume sweeping.
