PH10T Swivel Head
A motorized head with automatic sensor rotation in two angular planes. Compatible with all measuring sensors that have an M8 connecting thread and probes up to 200 mm in length. The rotation step is 7.5°, which provides 720 angular positions. The model is designed for routine inspection of parts, where a programmatic change in the probe orientation is required without repositioning the part.

PH10M swivel head + SP25 scanning sensor
The PH10M head supports automatic sensor rotation in two angular planes and is compatible with all sensors featuring an Auto‑Joint connection, including the SP25 scanning sensor. The SP25 sensor collects up to 2,000 points per second at a scanning speed of up to 100 mm/s. This combination is suitable for tasks requiring a balance between positioning flexibility and data acquisition speed.

SP80 five-axis scanning system
Digital scanning head with a resolution of 0.02 µm. The fixed design ensures high measurement stability, and the system’s fast dynamic response allows it to work with probes up to 1000 mm in length and weighing up to 500 g — including unbalanced ones. The solution is designed for monitoring long and complex profiles, where accuracy and repeatability are critical.

REVO-2 high-precision scanning system
A five-axis system for scanning complex contours. The surface measurement speed is 50 times faster than with three-axis scanning, and the data acquisition rate reaches 4,000 points per second. Indexless positioning and synchronization of the head movement and the CMM make it possible to inspect hard-to-reach surfaces in minimal time. After a single calibration procedure, an unlimited number of head rotations are available.

How to choose?
The choice depends on the task. If you need to consistently scan long or complex profiles, choose SP80. If the part has many hard-to-reach areas at different angles, five-axis or rotary heads will come in handy. And for routine measurements in fixed positions, non-rotary models will do.
