The device is designed to work in stationary and mobile laboratories and is serviced by a single operator. The key advantage of the PRISMA‑M ADC is a wide range of detectable elements: the analyzer identifies up to 80 chemical elements, from sodium (Na, Z=11) to americium (Am, Z=95). At the same time, the measurement range of the mass fraction of elements in metals and alloys ranges from 0.001 to 100%, and for substances deposited on filters - from 0.1 to 11,000 million. The relative measurement error varies from 0.1 to 20%, depending on the concentration of the element.

The high accuracy of the analysis is provided by a silicon SDD detector with a diameter of 20 mm. For uniform examination of samples, the device is equipped with a rotating device with an adjustable speed - this allows you to analyze the entire surface of the sample. The time of one measurement ranges from 5 to 240 seconds, and the operating mode is set in less than 5 minutes.
The complex's software makes working with data convenient and structured. The interface provides:
- measurement window with results display;
- tabs for working with data;
- module for entering, editing and storing passport information on engines and aircraft;
- a tool for creating and correcting a database of oil brands;
- laboratory personnel accounting functionality.
Polymer powder coating and thoughtful design allow the analyzer to be used in typical laboratory conditions at temperatures from +5 to +45°C. The designated service life of the device is 5 years.
ADC PRISM‑M works in accordance with certified measurement methods and is suitable for use in the field of state regulation of ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Its compactness, ease of operation and a wide range of tasks make it an effective solution for laboratories, quality control services, environmental departments and technical services of enterprises.
