How can a trading company join Enex?
To add your trading company to the marketplace, just fill in trade company registration form. After registration, your personal account will be immediately available to you.

Trading company's personal account
In of your personal account, you can:
- View your company details and contact details;
- Add pickup points if ordered goods can be shipped from your warehouse;
In section “Company page” You can create and edit a company page, as well as publish your news. To create a page:

Upload your company's logo (preferably on a transparent background);

Upload a background image and a small text about your company for a business card that will be displayed in the “Trading companies" block;

Fill in the information for the company's detailed page, which will be available to all site visitors during the search;
To create a news item:

Go to the section “Company page” in your personal account and select the tab “Company News”;

Click on the “+ create news" button - a window for creating and editing news will open;

Fill in the title, announcement and detailed text for the news, as well as upload an image for the banner;

Save your changes and admire your creation in the news section!

After publication, the news will be available for search and viewing by all visitors of the Enex platform.
In its personal account, a trading company can find the entire history of orders from buyers, as well as trades with buyers.
Setting prices for goods on the Enex marketplace
In your personal account in section “Setting prices” has all the necessary functionality to download your price list for the products you are interested in. The number of products evaluated depends on your tariff (watch the presentation of tariffs).
To evaluate the products, download a sample file (available in the same section of your personal account). The second sheet of the file lists all the brands that you can evaluate.
Fill in the first sheet of the file:
- specify the brands you sell (exactly in the same form as they are indicated on the second sheet);
- specify the factory articles of the products you want to evaluate;
- specify the period of readiness of the goods for shipment in days;
- offer your prices for the goods
- specify your VAT rate
After filling in the file with your data, upload it through the appropriate area in the same section of your personal account.

Sales and document management
Visitors to the exhibition website will be able to order goods from you if they consider your offer the most attractive.
By opening products for sale on the Enex website, you agree to the terms of the website.
Delivery is organized by Enex employees with the help of the transport company “Business Lines". You just have to prepare the ordered goods in your warehouse or bring it to the nearest terminal of “Business Lines". If you yourself will place orders in the company “Business Lines”, put the recipient of the client (all data is provided with each order), and the payer of LLC “Enex".
The trading company itself acts as the supplier of the goods, while the Enex marketplace is not a party to the transaction. The contract of sale is concluded between the buyer and the trading company. Learn more about the rules of sale and delivery.
Shipping documents for goods (invoices, waybills, universal
transfer documents) are formed by a trading company, specifying its details in them, and passes these documents to the buyer along with the goods.
The price of the goods in the shipping documents must correspond to the amount paid by the buyer for the goods. At the same time, the agent withholds the agency fee within the framework of contractual relations with the trading company.

At the Enex site, the trading company must reduce the price of the goods by the amount of the discount provided. In this case, the agent undertakes to recalculate the amount of the agency fee, compensating the trading company for the decrease in the price of the goods due to the discount used.
