How can a manufacturer join Enex?
Any manufacturer, whether it is a small factory for the production of tools according to GOST or a global brand, can register on Enex. The only condition is to be a manufacturer or copyright holder of the brand.
To register, fill in manufacturer's application form. Our staff will promptly contact you to clarify the details and add the brand to the site.
After activating your application and adding a brand, you will receive an appropriate email with your username and generated password (you can change the password at any time).
What should I do if we have a trading company?
Manufacturer's personal account
After receiving an email with your username and password, you can log in and log into your personal account.
In of your personal account, you can:
- View your company details and contact details;
- Add pick-up points if ordered goods can be shipped from your warehouse;
In the section “Company page” You can create and edit a company page, as well as publish your news. To create a page:

Upload your company's logo (preferably on a transparent background);

Upload a background image and a small text about your company for a business card that will be displayed in the block “Manufacturers”;

Fill in the information for the company's detailed page, which will be available to all site visitors during the search;
To create a news item:

Go to the section “Company page” in your personal account and select the tab “Company News”;

Click on the “+ create news" button - a window for creating and editing news will open;

Fill in the title, announcement and detailed text for the news, as well as upload an image for the banner;

Save your changes and admire your creation in the news section!

After publication, the news will be available for search and viewing by all visitors of the Enex platform.
In his personal account, the manufacturer can find the entire history of orders from customers, as well as applications and correspondence with customers.
Uploading the catalog to the Enex platform
In your personal account in the section “Loading products” has all the necessary functionality to download the catalog.
First download the catalog file template (presented in the same section). In the catalog file template, you will find instructions for working with the file. Read the instructions and fill in the file according to it. Then upload the completed file through the download area in the “Download products” section.
After successful file download and further processing by our specialists, your products will appear on the site! You will receive a corresponding email about the successful upload of the catalog to the Enex platform with examples of links to your products.

Opening of sales on Enex
Any manufacturer can be present on the site solely for marketing purposes, without opening their products to orders directly on the Enex marketplace. In this case, it is recommended to ask dealers to register on Enex and evaluate your products. This way customers will be able to order your products.
If you have decided to trade on the Enex platform yourself, then carefully read the terms of the site. According to them, there are 2 interaction schemes:
With any order scheme, delivery is organized by Enex employees with the help of the transport company “Business Lines". You just have to prepare the ordered goods in your warehouse or bring it to the nearest terminal of “Business Lines". If you yourself will place orders in the company “Business Lines”, put the recipient of the client (all data is provided with each order), and the payer of LLC “Enex".
The functionality of opening sales and setting the minimum order amount (if there is such a restriction) it will appear in your personal account in in the “Loading products" section after successfully unloading the catalog.
Document flow with the buyer
Different suppliers of tools and equipment trade on the Enex marketplace. These can be both manufacturers and trading companies. Enex itself can also act as a seller for some products.
If the manufacturer himself trades on the site, then he acts within the terms of the agency, if Enex itself acts as a seller, then the manufacturer cooperates with Enex under the terms of implementation. Read more about the terms of agency and implementation.
If the supplier of the product is the manufacturer (agency conditions)
If the supplier of the goods is the manufacturer of the goods, then the Enex marketplace is not a party to the transaction. In this case, the contract of sale is concluded between the buyer and the manufacturer of the goods (or a trading company). Learn more about the rules of sale and delivery.
Shipping documents for goods (invoices, waybills, universal
transfer documents) are formed by the manufacturer, specifying their details in them, and passes these documents to the buyer along with the goods.
The price of the goods in the shipping documents must correspond to the amount paid by the buyer for the goods. At the same time, the retention of agency fees by the agent takes place within the framework of contractual relations with the manufacturer.
If, when ordering the product, the buyer partially paid for it with bonus rubles available on
at the Enex site, the manufacturer must reduce the price of the goods by the amount of the discount provided. In this case, the agent undertakes to recalculate the amount of the agency fee, compensating the manufacturer for the decrease in the price of the goods due to the discount used. In the shipping documents, the reduced total cost of the goods is indicated, taking into account the discount applied.

If the supplier of the product is Enex (terms of sale)
For some products, Enex is the supplier. In this case, the shipping documents are generated by the marketplace and sent to the buyer. At the same time, the actual actions for the shipment of the Goods, its warranty service, elimination of defects of the goods, its replacement, are carried out by the manufacturer.
