Document flow in the agency sales scheme
Pricing
The prices of goods on the marketplace are always set by the Seller himself and must sell at the set price. When setting the price, it should be borne in mind that part of the funds received will be retained by the Marketplace as an agency fee. The obligation to keep prices up to date also lies with the Seller.
Downloading the catalog and subsequent updating of prices can be done independently through the seller's Personal Account or with the help of Enex managers. Enex managers provide full support when downloading the catalog and updating prices.
Contractual features
Under the agency sales scheme (Chapter 52 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), the rights and obligations under the contract concluded with the buyer are acquired by the Seller. In this case, the Marketplace acts as an intermediary (agent). In particular, the Marketplace promotes goods placed on the Enex platform, enters into contracts with customers, receives payment for goods. The Marketplace transfers the money received for the goods to the Seller minus the agency fee. Learn more about the rules of sale and delivery.
Formation of shipping documents for the goods
Shipping documents for goods (invoices, waybills, universal transfer documents) are formed by the Seller himself, indicating his details in them, and passes these documents to the Buyer along with the goods.
The price of the goods in the shipping documents must correspond to the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods (before deducting the agency fee) - it is always known initially by email notifications of new paid orders.
If, when ordering the product, the Buyer partially paid for it with bonus rubles available on at the Enex site, the Seller must reduce the price of the goods by the amount of the discount provided. In this case, the Marketplace compensates the Seller for the decrease in the price of the goods, proportionally reducing its agency fee. In the shipping documents, the Seller must indicate the cost of the goods reduced by the amount of the discount applied.
Thus, all costs for providing discounts by the Agent are borne by the Agent himself, reducing your agency fee. For information, the general scheme of orders, taking into account the applied discount.
Agency report
At the request of the Seller, the Agent can generate an agency report after each transaction or for agreed periods. The Agency report includes the data of the Buyer, his order from the Seller, as well as the agency commission withheld.
In addition, Enex, as an agent, issues cash receipts to customers when paying for an order with a card.
Within the framework of information interaction, the marketplace generates an information report at the request of the buyer, which specifies the main parameters of the completed transaction.
