How can I change or cancel an order?
Order change
You can change:
- Recipient's full name and phone number
- delivery date and interval
To do this, call 8 800 707-56-00 or send a corresponding request to the email address info@enex.market . Don't forget to tell the manager the order number.
What cannot be changed in the order:
- replace products
- add new products
But you can cancel the order and create a new one with the necessary items.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an unpaid order in your personal account. To do this, go to the section "Orders", find the desired order and click on the "Cancel" button.
If you have already paid for the order, but you want to cancel it, then contact the manager to cancel the order and refund the money. Learn more about refunds.
If you have already received the goods and for some reason you want to issue a refund, then read the conditions for returning the goods.
