• LLC "RN-Exploration and Production" with a share of 68.48259428%;
• LLC "RN-Foreign Projects" with a participation share of 0.00000003%;
• LLC "RN-Asset" with a stake of 31.51740569%.

The Company carries out drilling activities for oil and gas production and exploration wells.

The General Director of the Company is Asadullin Robert Rashitovich.

The Company has one of the most extensive branch networks in the Russian Federation among drilling companies (12 branches).
