The history of the creation of Novomoskovsk-Remstroyservice LLC begins in August 1931, when, simultaneously with the construction of the chemical plant, a mechanical and then a blacksmith shop of a mechanical repair plant were built and put into operation. The beginning of the history of the plant is considered to be April 19, 1932, when the foundry was put into operation. On December 22, 1933, the government commission signed a report on the acceptance of the first stage of the Bobrikov Power and Mechanical Plant (now JSC NAC Azot), to which the mechanical repair plant was transferred. Since then, the history of our company has been inextricably linked with JSC NAC Azot.

Years passed. The company grew and grew stronger, managers and forms of organization changed, but the production profile remained unchanged, the experience of generations in repairing and manufacturing non-standard equipment was preserved and multiplied. New metalworking technologies were introduced and mastered. And after seventy years, it was decided to allocate the repair services of JSC NAC Azot into a separate structural unit.

So, on January 29, 2003, as a result of the merger of the Mechanical Repair Production, the workshop of capital repairs and the repair and construction workshop, LLC Novomoskovsk-Remstroyservice was created as a subsidiary of OJSC MHC EuroChem. Later, it included a workshop for the repair of communications and a workshop for the centralized repair of technological equipment.

Over the four years of development, Novomoskovsk-Remstroyservice LLC has demonstrated high growth rates of its indicators, such as an increase in sales volume by 4.5 times, the number of personnel by 2 times, and net assets by 125 times.

Currently, our regular customers are enterprises of the Tula, Moscow and Ryazan regions: LLC "Himservice", CJSC "Quartzite", JSC "Novomoskovsk-Himstroy", JSC "Acid-proof", Novomoskovsky Plant of ceramic materials, Novomoskovsky Machine-Building Plant, etc. We have successfully completed orders for enterprises belonging to the holding of OJSC MHC "EuroChem", among them JSC "Kovdorsky GOK", JSC "Nevinnomyssky Azot" and LLC PG "Phosphorite", but the main partner and customer for us is still JSC "NAC "Azot".

Among our new customers we can name JSC Gypsum-Knauf, JSC Novomoskovskbytchem (Procter & Gamble) and CJSC Ryazan NPC (TNK British Petroleum).

Today, Novomoskovsk-Remstroyservice LLC is a powerful repair unit that unites five divisions, which include nine workshops, where representatives of more than eighty professions work.

By investing in new equipment, technologies and personnel training, we are improving production, mastering new equipment and technologies, expanding the range of products and services, and improving their quality.
