The foundry production uses the technology of producing rods without heating with gas catalyst blowing and modern equipment LAEMPE and KUKA, smelting of high-alloy cast iron is carried out on induction units INDUCTOTHERM. For the production of end parts, HAAS AUTOMATION, TONGTAI, SMEC machines are used. To impart wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance to the surface of parts, the technology of "electric arc metallization" is used. About 200 labor dynasties work at the LeMAZ plant, the total work experience of some of them reaches 250 years.
