LLC "ROSLAVL BRAKE SYSTEMS"

RAAZ is the largest Russian manufacturer of pneumatic braking equipment for trucks, buses, tractors and trailer equipment.



The history of the plant began in 1958. Since 1964, the plant has been producing automotive components for truck and bus conveyors. In 1981, under the license of the company "WABCO", a complex of workshops for the production of pneumatic braking equipment was introduced. In 2013, during the reorganization of CJSC Roslavl Automobile Assembly Plant AMO ZIL, LLC Roslavl Brake Systems was formed.

For more than 40 years, the plant has been specializing in the production of pneumatic brake drive devices and brake chambers. Over the years, the brake equipment "RAAZ" has established itself as a standard of quality and reliability.

Quality and reliability

The plant has always set high standards for the quality of its products. 100% quality control is carried out at every stage of production. Mechanical strength and service life tests, climatic tests and metallographic studies are carried out in the laboratories of the plant. Each product after assembly is checked for compliance with the control parameters and tightness.

In order to increase wear resistance and give anti-corrosion properties, the responsible parts of the braking devices are subjected to chemical and thermal treatment with electroplating.
