Gazprom Neft Omsk Oil Refinery is one of the most high-tech refineries in Russia and one of the largest in the world.

ONPZ is one of the key enterprises for ensuring the country's fuel safety and is one of the largest suppliers of motor fuels to the domestic market: every sixth liter of Russian gasoline and diesel fuel of the fifth ecological class is produced here.

In 2008, Gazprom Neft began a large-scale modernization of the enterprise with a total investment of more than 500 billion rubles until 2025. The purpose of modernization is to improve the production and environmental characteristics of the enterprise through the construction of new facilities, modernization of existing production facilities and the implementation of environmental projects.
