The measurement results are transmitted from the probe to your measuring device via Bluetooth at a distance of up to 20 m. A well-structured measurement menu for volume flow measurement provides intuitive control of the device. The convenient function of entering the size and shape of the duct cross-section allows you to accurately calculate the volume flow. The display shows the measurement results, averaged over time and number of measurements, average volume flow, current readings and minimum/maximum values.
Extremely convenient: press the button on the impeller probe to control the measuring device. For example, to save individual values for calculating the average result over the number of measurements, or to start and end a series of measurements to calculate the average result over time.
Versatility and wireless technology: more tasks, less hardware
Flexibility: Any probe tips can be connected to the universal probe handle, which allows you to solve more tasks with less equipment and save space in your case. With a Bluetooth handle, it's easier to take measurements, and there will be fewer tangled cables in your case.
You can order a handle with a cable for testo probe tips. This handle will allow you to take measurements where Bluetooth is prohibited. If you need to replace the impeller in the future, you can simply replace the probe tip.
If necessary, you can connect the impeller probe to a telescopic handle with a 90° angle bracket and to a telescopic extension cable (to be ordered separately; in combination, you can increase the length of the probe to 2 m). This way you can easily take measurements on the ceiling ventilation grilles.
The concept of intelligent calibration
With a digital probe, you will get exceptionally accurate measurement results, leaving such a thing as measurement uncertainty in the past. You only need to send a probe for calibration, and you can still use the measuring instrument with other probes.

Ventilation grilles:Use an impeller probe to determine the air velocity and volume flow on the ventilation grilles. Due to the ability to measure speeds in the low range of 0.1 m/s, the impeller probe is ideal for measuring laminar flows in clean rooms. When measuring the cross-section of the ventilation grate by looping movements, the air velocity values are summed up to calculate the average value immediately over a large area of 100 mm. As a result, the accuracy of measurements by looping movements is significantly increased. For measurements on ceiling grilles: a telescopic handle (up to 1 m long) with a well-readable scale and a 90° angle bracket can be easily attached to the probe. The 90° angle bracket allows the probe to be positioned correctly under the ceiling. For high ceilings, you can use a telescopic extension that extends the length of the probe up to 2 meters (the telescopic handle and the telescopic extension must be ordered separately).
