Description
The UAADS automatic argon arc welding unit is designed for welding annular and longitudinal seams in a closed loop using filler wire, parts of various designs (pipe, hexagon, square) with cutting of the edges to be welded, with a wall thickness of up to 12 mm. Scope of application: welding of products made of corrosion-resistant austenitic steels.
The composition of the UAADS includes:
- welding torch;
- welding arc power supply;
- automatic control system and control system of actual values of welding parameters;
- video surveillance system for the welding process;
- remote remote control;

- welding wire feed mechanism;
- positioner (rotationally);

The automatic control system and control system ensures the operation of the installation in the following modes:

In the control program, at startup, it is necessary to select the operating mode: automatic, programming mode (training), manual (adjustment, diagnostic).
The "programming" mode implies setting the parameters for moving the welding torch along all axes with setting the coordinates and speed of movement, as well as setting the welding parameters (the value of the main current, the value of the pause current, the wire feed rate, etc.). Programming is carried out in an intuitive way for the welder technologist.
