Ultrasonic hardness tester TKM-459C “Maximum+”
Description
The ultrasonic hardness tester TKM-459C "Maximum+" manufactured by NPP Mashproekt is a high—precision portable device for rapid measurement of hardness of metals and metal products.
The device performs non-destructive product quality control in various industries: metallurgical, machine-building, aircraft, shipbuilding, nuclear, oil and gas, and others.
UZ hardness tester TKM-459C"Max+"is supplied in an impact-resistant suitcase; additional sensors include an "AL" type sensor with an elongated tip (65 mm) for hardness control in hard-to-reach places.
The TKM-459C Maximum+ hardness tester performs hardness testing of
- carbon and structural steels,
- surface-hardened products (cementation, nitriding, HDPE hardening, etc.),
- heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, stainless and other steels,
- electroplating (chrome), surfacing,
- products of complex configuration (gear teeth, shafts),
- thin-walled and small-sized products,
- products made of fine-grained materials in the local study of the properties of materials.
Hardness tester TKM-459C "Maximum+" is included in the State Register of SI of the Russian Federation. Complies with the requirements of TR CU 004/2011 and TR CU 020/2011.
Advantages of the ultrasonic hardness tester TKM-459C
- Stable readings regardless of the force and time of pressing the sensor to the controlled surface.
- Hardness measurement in hard—to-reach places - the spatial position of the sensor does not affect the measurement result.
- The ultra—small area of the control zone is from 1 mm.
- Control in slots and blind holes — from 5 mm.
- An almost imperceptible imprint on "mirrored" surfaces.
- Low sensitivity to surface curvature, thickness and weight of the product.
Design features of the TKM-459C "Maximum+" hardness tester
- Shockproof, rubberized, dust- and moisture-proof housing.
- The intuitive interface complies with international computer technology standards and is organized according to the "TURN ON AND WORK" principle.
- The bright color graphic display functions even at subzero temperatures, allowing you to clearly see the readings in any light.
- A unique statistical processing system.
- Flexible memory management for recording measurement results and subsequent analysis.
- Prompt correction of the instrument readings according to one or two exemplary hardness measures.
- Programming:
- additional calibrations to hardness tester scales using no more than 2 control samples;
- additional scales using from 2 to 10 control samples.
