Ermenrich Seek TV80 is a professional portable thermal imager designed to solve a wide range of tasks in the construction and maintenance of engineering systems. The device allows you to quickly identify thermal anomalies in building structures, evaluate the effectiveness of thermal insulation of walls, window and door openings, facades, as well as diagnose heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The device is equipped with a Wi-Fi module and can transfer data to a smartphone/tablet in real time.
A thermal imaging sensor with a resolution of 120x90 pixels with a sensitivity of 40 microns provides a clear image even with minimal temperature fluctuations and allows effective detection of hidden defects. The thermal imager is capable of measuring temperatures in the range from -20 to +550 °C, so it will be indispensable when working with industrial equipment. The thermogram is displayed on a large 3.5-inch color LCD display with a resolution of 640x480 pixels. Thanks to the high resolution, you can analyze details right on the spot, without resorting to additional data processing on a computer. The 25 Hz refresh rate ensures a smooth and stable image even when the device is actively moving. The picture will not "slow down", even if you quickly inspect the object.
For convenient visual perception of the data, the thermal imager has 12 color palettes: 8 classic and 4 specialized. Special palettes work according to temperature limits. In 2 modes, the device automatically highlights only those areas whose temperature exceeds the upper/lower limits, in the other 2, on the contrary, it colors the temperature areas located within the range from the lower to the upper limit. This allows you to instantly identify potential problems, such as overheating of electrical appliances or insufficient heat transfer in the heating system.
The built-in recorder allows you to record photos (including temperature data) and videos without using external devices. The footage is saved to an internal storage device or microSD memory card. Files are transferred to a computer via USB Type-C, and to a smartphone/tablet via Wi–Fi. The Thermview Pro software can be installed on a Windows PC or an Android or iOS mobile device. The installation file of the PC program is available for download in the additional materials tab, and the mobile application is downloaded from official stores. The program is designed to transfer data and view it in real time, analyze and save thermograms, create and send reports.
To improve the measurement accuracy, the emissivity is adjusted in the range from 0.1 to 0.99, which allows the device to be adapted to different types of materials. To save energy, an auto-off function is provided when there is no activity, and a low battery indicator warns of the need to recharge.
The power supply is provided by a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which has enough charge for up to 4 hours of continuous operation – this is enough for a complete survey of a building or industrial facility. The thermal imager is designed for use in difficult conditions: the operating temperature range from -15 to +50 °C allows it to be used both indoors and outdoors, including in winter.
