Description
The radial drilling machine of the 2L545 model is used to drill, drill, seal and perforate various parts having a small or medium size. The hole is drilled using a clamp. The 2L545 machine has additional specialized auxiliary equipment: a clamping chuck (with the possibility of quick change) and an inclined table. It is possible to replace the tools quickly manually, bypassing the need to interrupt the operation of the machine.
The type of climatic performance of the machine tool equipment in question is UHL4 according to GOST 15150. Accuracy class – H in accordance with GOST 8-82.
The design of the 2L545 series machines includes the following elements: bed, console, drive and spindle boxes, hydraulic clamp, coolant system, electrical cabinet, as well as a number of other auxiliary equipment.
The main movement of the machine is the rotation of the spindle, which is moved by a feeding mechanism.
- The pole movement, which makes it possible to determine the place for drilling holes, consists of the following movements: a circular console with a rack, as well as a spindle box including a console guide. Due to the fact that the console together with the rack can move both up and down, the required adjustment of the working height is provided.
- The functioning of the entire system of mechanisms is provided by three independent electric motors.

Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its shortcomings arose due to circumstances for which the supplier is not responsible, the buyer is obliged to reimburse the supplier for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the costs associated with its storage and transportation of the goods.
If any defect is found in the product, the manufacturer and (or) the marketplace has the right to require the buyer to provide a photo of the product, the claimed defect, packaging, labeling (nameplate) of the manufacturer.
If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
