Description
The LSH-380 machine is designed for grinding planes of various machine-building parts made of ferromagnetic alloys with abrasive segments or the end of a grinding wheel

The machine is equipped with a software control system built on the basis of a programmable logic controller from Delta Electronics, an operator touch panel, a vertical feed servo.
The following movements are carried out in the machine by means of a number of kinematic circuits:
- rotation of the grinding wheel;
- table rotation;
- horizontal movement of the table carriage;
- vertical feed of the grinding head.
Brief description of the machine design
The bed
The machine bed is a rigid, ribbed casting of a closed shape. The table rotation drive is placed in the right niche of the frame, the table movement drive is placed in the left niche. A column is mounted at three points on the upper right part of the frame.
Column
The column is a box-shaped casting with internal stiffeners. The column has rectangular vertical sliding guides for moving the grinding headstock. .
Table carriage
The carriage is used to move along the guides of the bed of the electromagnetic table from the loading zone to the processing zone.
The table carriage is a rigid cast part, with stiffening ribs from the inside, with two guides for moving along the frame and an annular guide for rotating the table.
The casting table with stiffeners has an annular sliding guide. An electromagnetic plate is attached to the upper treated surface., transmitting motion to the lead screw.
Grinding headstock
The grinding head moves along the vertical rectangular guides of the column.
- The grinding head spindle rotates in rolling bearings.
- A disk is put on the cone neck of the lower end of the spindle, to which the segment head is attached with screws.
- Feeding mechanism
- The feed mechanism is used for:
accelerated movement of the grinding head up and down;
delayed supply of the grinding headstock to the polished product;
- working feed;
- feed on the steering wheel–encoder.
- Adjustment to the depth of the allowance to be removed, with automatic shutdown of the working feed is performed according to the controller program.
- Adjustment of the feed rate and the amount of the allowance to be removed is carried out from the operator panel.

Return of goods of proper quality

The return (exchange) of goods of proper quality by the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), is not allowed, unless otherwise provided by the agreement with the supplier.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
For individuals
The buyer, who is an individual, in cases provided for by law, may return the goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period for the goods and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods. The goods of inadequate quality, in agreement with the buyer, can be replaced with a similar product of proper quality.
For legal entities
The buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), in the event of the transfer of Goods of inadequate quality to him, has the right to make claims provided for in Article 475 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
