Resanta SS Network Screwdriver-550-2 - a functional power tool with adjustable torque, designed for twisting and unscrewing screws, self-tapping screws, screws, dowels and other types of fasteners, as well as for drilling holes in various materials in everyday life and industry. It operates from a 220-230V power supply.
This screwdriver differs from the model SH-550-1 in that there are two speeds, a higher rotation speed and a maximum torque. There is a backlight. However, it is more expensive and ideal for those who often need a functional screwdriver.
Design and operation features:
- The design.The screwdriver consists of a plastic housing with a collector motor with a planetary gearbox located in it, which provides setting the limiting torque on the spindle using an adjustable mechanical coupling. The lower part of the housing passes into the handle, in which the switch is installed.
- Enabling.The device can be easily switched on by pressing the switch button, and the spindle rotation frequency from the minimum to the maximum value can be smoothly changed by pressing the button.
- Reverse.The switch button is used to change the direction of rotation of the spindle (reverse). The middle position of the reverse switch blocks the screwdriver switch.
- The speed switch.The spindle speed range is switched using the gear shift key.
- Adjusting the tightening torque.The tightening torque can be adjusted by turning the adjusting ring so that its gradations align with the pointer on the tool body. The tightening torque is minimal when the number 1 is aligned with the pointer, and maximum when the mark is aligned with the drill symbol. The clutch will slip at different torque levels.
- Drilling.This device is equipped with a drilling function. To minimize the risk of drilling through the material, reduce the pressure on the drill and drill the hole carefully.
