In the model line of self-propelled scissor liftsThe SPX S3has two models – with a maximum lifting height of 6 and 8 meters. A feature of this model range is the reduced overall dimensions, which allows you to work inconditions of limited space. The lift is completely self-propelled and is able to move in a horizontal plane at any lifting height, which undoubtedly facilitates the work of the operator and significantly increases the productivity of work. The speed of movement on the lift is from 0.6 to 4 km / h, the minimum turning radius is 2600 mm, and the time of lifting the platform to a height of 8 meters is 67 seconds.
The lifts are equipped with two 150 Ah rechargeable batteries, providinglong-term autonomous operation. The movement of the lift in the vertical plane is provided by an electrohydraulic drive with a power of 2.2 kW. The wheels are rotated by a separate hydraulic drive.
With the help of a multifunctional joystick on the operator's platform, you can control the direction and course of movement of the machine both folded and raised,choose the mode of movement – horizontal or vertical, give a warning sound signal, determine the battery charge level and the system error code in case of malfunctions, make an emergency stop.
The SPX S3 lifts have a programmed control module with American-made CURTIS controllers, which, in addition to the smooth operation of all functions, also provideincreased operational safety:
- Automatic change of the speed of movement of the lift. When the platform rises above the level of 2.5 m, the lift sensor is triggered, and the control module reduces the possible speed of the lift in the horizontal plane.
- Rollover prevention function. When moving on an inclined plane, the lift will move until the angle of inclination of the platform reaches a dangerous value (this value is programmed and is equal to 5 °). Further lifting of the platform, as well as movement in the horizontal plane will be impossible.
- Protection from road bumps. Two protective beams (channels) automatically extend on the sides of the lift when the platform begins to rise and fold when the platform is completely lowered.
Wheels made of elastic gray rubber and polyurethane provide good traction and patency on any unprepared surface, as well as do not leave traces on any floors and are recommended for use inside offices, supermarkets, shopping malls, concert venues, sports complexes, during installation and dismantling, construction and repair work of any complexity.
The working platform of the lift is equipped with a retractable section, which allows you to increase the length of the platform by 30% and significantly expand the operator's working area.
