Self-propelled scissor liftsThe GROSS SPX F3-12000has a load capacity of 300kg and a lifting height of up to 12 meters. The lift is completely self-propelled and is able to move in a horizontal plane at any lifting height, which undoubtedly facilitates the work of the operator and significantly increases the productivity of work. The speed of movement on the lift is from 0.8 to 3.5 km / h, the minimum turning radius is 2500 mm, and the time of lifting the platform to a height of 12 meters is 110 seconds.
The lifts are equipped with four batteries with a capacity of 210 A / h each, which providelong-term autonomous operation. The lift is moved by means of two driving swivel wheels, each of which is equipped with its own hydraulic drive, which increases maneuverability and smooth running.
With the help of a multifunctional joystick on the operator's platform, you cancontrol the direction and course of movement of the machine both folded and raised, select the mode of movement – horizontal or vertical, give a warning sound signal, determine the battery charge level and the system error code in case of malfunctions, make an emergency stop.
The SPX F3 lifts have a programmed control module with American-made CURTIS controllers, which, in addition to the smooth operation of all functions, also provide increased operational safety:
- Automatic change in the speed of movement of the lift.When the platform rises above the level of 2.5 m, the lift sensor is triggered, and the control module reduces the possible speed of the lift in the horizontal plane.
- Rollover prevention function.When moving on an inclined plane, the lift will move until the angle of inclination of the platform reaches a dangerous value (this value is programmed and is equal to 5 °). Further lifting of the platform, as well as movement in the horizontal plane will be impossible.
- Protection from road bumps. Two protective beams (channels) automatically extend on the sides of the lift when the platform begins to rise and fold when the platform is completely lowered.
Tread wheels made of elastic gray rubber of large diameter provide good adhesion to the surface and patency, as well as do not leave traces on any floors and are recommended for use inside offices, supermarkets, shopping malls, concert venues, sports complexes, airports and train stations, during installation and dismantling, construction and repair work of any complexity.
The working platform of the lift is equipped with a retractable section, which allows you to increase the length of the platform by 30% and significantly expand the operator's working area.
