Description
The main difference from other self-propelled lifts is the type of lift propulsion. Tracked thrusters are installed on the Tower Caterpillar series.
The tread surfaces of the tracks made of elastic grey rubber provide good adhesion to the surface and cross-country ability, as well as do not leave traces on any floors and are recommended for use inside warehouses, supermarkets, shopping malls, concert venues, sports complexes, airports and train stations, during assembly and dismantling, construction and repair work of any complexity. The GROST Tower Caterpillar 320-11 self-propelled scissor lifts have a lifting capacity of 320 kg and a lifting height of up to 11 meters. The lift is fully self-propelled and is able to move in a horizontal plane with the platform raised, which undoubtedly facilitates the operator's work and significantly increases productivity. The speed of movement on the lift ranges from 0.8 to 2.5 km/ h, the minimum turning radius is 1600 mm, and the time to lift the platform to a height of 11 meters does not exceed 120 seconds.
The lifts are equipped with five rechargeable batteries with a capacity of 150 A/h each, which provide long-term autonomous operation. The lift is moved using two driving drives, each of which ensures the movement of the crawler and can operate separately, which increases maneuverability and smooth running. The lift's movement in the vertical plane is provided by an electrohydraulic system with a capacity of 2.2kW.
With the help of a multi–function joystick on the operator's platform, you can control the direction and course of movement of the machine both folded and raised, select the driving mode - horizontal or vertical, give a warning sound, determine the battery charge level and the error code of the system in case of malfunctions, make an emergency stop.
The lifts have a pre-programmed control module with controllers, which, in addition to the smooth operation of all functions, also ensure increased operational safety.
Automatic change of the lift movement speed. When the platform rises above the 2.5m level, the lift sensor is triggered, and the control module reduces the possible speed of the lift in the horizontal plane.
