Description
The GROST GROST SPX H450-8 self-propelled scissor lifts have a rated lifting capacity of 450kg and a max. working height of 10 meters (platform lifting height of 8 m). The lift is fully self-propelled and is capable of moving horizontally at a lifting height of up to 3m, which undoubtedly facilitates the operator's work and significantly increases productivity. The speed of movement on the lift ranges from 0.8 to 3.5 km/h, the minimum turning radius along the outer edge is 2200 mm.
The lifts are equipped with four rechargeable batteries with a capacity of 103 A/h each, which provide long-term autonomous operation. The lift is moved using two driving swivel wheels, each of which is equipped with its own hydraulic drive, which increases maneuverability and smooth running.
The lift's movement in the horizontal and vertical planes is provided by a single electrohydraulic system with proportional control. Using a multi–function joystick on the operator's platform, you can control the direction and course of movement of the machine both folded and raised, select the driving mode - horizontal or vertical, give a warning sound, determine the battery charge level and the error code of the system in case of malfunctions, make an emergency stop.
The SPX lifts have a pre-programmed control module with controllers, which, in addition to the smooth operation of all functions, also provide increased operational safety:
- Automatic speed control of the lift. When the platform is lifted, the lift sensor is triggered, and the control module reduces the possible speed of the lift in the horizontal plane.
- Rollover prevention function. When moving on an inclined plane, the lift will move until the angle of inclination of the platform reaches a dangerous value (this value is programmed and is equal to 5°). Further lifting of the platform, as well as movement in the horizontal plane, will be impossible.
- Reducing ground clearance to increase stability. Two safety beams automatically slide out on the sides of the lift when the platform starts to rise and fold when the platform is fully lowered.
Tread wheels made of large-diameter elastic grey rubber provide good adhesion to the surface and cross-country ability, as well as do not leave traces on any floors and are recommended for use inside offices, supermarkets, shopping malls, concert venues, sports complexes, airports and train stations, during assembly and dismantling, construction and repair work of any complexity.
The working platform of the lift is equipped with a sliding section, which allows to increase the length of the platform by 30% and significantly expand the operator's working area. For easy maintenance, all important operating systems and mechanisms are integrated into the swing doors at the base of the lift.
