Description
A thermovacuum press with a vertical rise of the thermal module is used:
For PVC film cladding of door panels and inset panels, furniture and kitchen facades and other elements of cabinet furniture, as well as panels made of composite materials with a raised surface. This model of the press has found its widest application in small-scale and individual production of facades. The productivity of the machine on PVC film is from 90 m2 per shift.
The movable heating dome equipped with infrared lamps is a steel structure of the external power frame, sheathed with decorative panels and a steel structure of the internal frame, sheathed with reflective panels made of cellular aluminum alloy, increasing the number of angular reflections of infrared radiation from lamps. A thermal insulation material is laid between the frames, which prevents temperature loss during operation and makes work on the equipment absolutely safe. The dome has an observation window that allows visual control of the pressing process.
To control the heating lamps, power regulators are used, with the help of which the infrared lamps are smoothly switched on and regulated, thereby the lamps are not subjected to sudden surges and voltage drops, which significantly prolongs their service life and does not affect the entire external network of the consumer in the form of voltage drawdown in the external network. The dome is mounted on rails and is driven by Camozzi pneumatic cylinders. The dome displacement system is highly reliable and does not require additional maintenance during a long service life. For the safety of personnel, an infrared barrier system is used on the membrane vacuum press, which prevents the dome from lowering at the moment when the operator is in the zone of movement of the dome.

Distribution of responsibility
