Purpose and scope of application
The machine is designed formechanized cleaning of floorswith various types of hard coatings: concrete, tiles, self-leveling and epoxy floors, linoleum, stone and others. Due to the possibility of installing brushes of different stiffness and pad holders, the model is versatile and suitable for both deep cleaning and regular maintenance cleaning in commercial, industrial, warehouse and logistics premises.

Design features
The working part of the machine is representedby three disc brusheswith a diameterof 350-360 mmeach. Each brush is powered by a separate motor housed in a single housing witha high-precision planetary gearboxin an oil bath. Such a scheme ensures reliability, stable torque and long-term operation without loss of productivity, even under intense loads.
The brush unit is locatedin the front of the housing, which allows cleaning close to walls and hard-to-reach areas. The brush pressureis adjusted by the operator from the control panelin the range from0 to 150 kg, which makes it possible to effectively eliminate even stubborn dirt in one pass of the machine.
The width of the cleaning area is1000-1080 mm, and the width of the suction beam —1300 mm, which provides optimal coverage for maneuverability, while maintaining the compactness of the machine.
To collect the contaminated liquid, a system withtwo vacuum turbines with a total power of up to 1600 wattsis provided, creating a high vacuum (upto 206 mbar) and ensuringminimal residualsurface moisture after passage.
Chassis and controls
The machine is driven bya rear-wheel drive with two geared motors(one for each wheel). This scheme ensures stable movement on slippery surfaces and safe operation on ramps and slopes upto 15%. In the event of a failure of one engine, the machine retains the ability to move on the second, which makes it highly reliable in operation.
The operating speed is continuously adjustable from0 to 10 km/h. All functions are controlled by theintuitive operator panel, which displays operating modes, battery level, brush condition and diagnostic system.
Tanks and battery system
The machine is equipped with two separate tanks: for clean water —210-270 l, for dirty water —210-270 liters, which allows you to work for a long time without stopping. The power supply is provided by a rechargeable battery36 Vcapacity280-320 Ah(lithium versions up to400 Ah).

Distribution of responsibility
