Description
The RGK MD-5 pinpoint is a portable high sensitivity device designed to accurately determine the position of ferrous and non-ferrous metal objects during a search. The model is well suited to work in difficult conditions, such as soil with strong mineralization and sand saturated with seawater.
The pinpoint can be used both together with a metal detector to detect metal targets in the excavated soil or pit, and as an independent search device or means of inspection. Due to its small size, the model is especially convenient for checking tight niches in walls, ceilings, etc.
RGK MD-5 is equipped with a sound and vibration alert indicating the presence of metal objects. In this case, the user can either use a combined alarm system or set the metal detector to any separate notification mode, depending on the search conditions.
A ground scraper and a flashlight are provided to illuminate the work area. Due to such features, it is very convenient to conduct a preliminary search, during which the location of the object is specified. The RGK MD-5 metal detector is equipped with a convenient waist holster with a trench coat, which prevents accidental loss of the pinpoint.

Return of goods of proper quality

Return of goods of inadequate quality

The buyer, who is an individual, in cases provided for by law, may return the goods of inadequate quality during the warranty period for the goods and demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the goods. For legal entities
The buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), in the event of the transfer of Goods of inadequate quality to him, has the right to make claims provided for in Article 475 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Distribution of responsibility
In case of return/replacement of low-quality goods, the cost of delivery of the goods is paid by the supplier. If any defect is found in the product, the manufacturer and (or) the marketplace has the right to require the buyer to provide a photo of the product, the claimed defect, packaging, labeling (nameplate) of the manufacturer.
If the buyer, who is a legal entity (individual entrepreneur), refuses the goods of inadequate quality, such buyer is obliged to return such goods to the supplier. The buyer - an individual can also return the goods to the address of the supplier or Marketplace.
Transportation costs for the return of low-quality goods are borne by the supplier or Marketplace.
The difference between the shades of the goods in the photo and the real goods is not a sign of poor quality.
