Automated sandblasting plant ARPU-5022 Premium is an installation of increased productivity. The sandblasting plant for glass processing ensures high processing speed, cleanliness and cost-effectiveness of production. Unlike the younger models of the FMGroup brand sandblasting units, it is equipped with not two, but three ejectors. One ejector for a handgun.
Structurally, the machine consists of the following elements — a bed, a movable cabin, a filter and ventilation system and an automatic control system. The bed combines a support wall, side elements and a base with two guides, along which a trolley with a cabin and an assembly compartment moves. The front side of the support wall is covered with an elastic material. Each installation is equipped with pallets for collecting abrasive.
The sandblasting chamber for glass processing is equipped with a large viewing window, as well as a work area illumination system, which allows for visual control of the process.
