Description
It is equipped with two nodes at once, which allows you to choose a more suitable one depending on the task.
The spindle assembly is optimal for working with edges, ends and edges of workpieces with a concave profile. Depending on the curvature of the treated surface, the diameter of the abrasive sleeve is selected (13, 19, 26, 38, 51 mm). High efficiency when using tooling with such a working surface is achieved due to oscillation – vertical movement of the shaft – it increases the linear speed of the abrasive and prevents the occurrence of longitudinal scratches due to tooling defects.
The belt assembly has two bypass rollers of different diameters, around which it is possible to work with concave surfaces and a straight section with a metal substrate for flat parts made of wood. The movement of the belt also occurs with an oscillation, which increases the productivity and quality of grinding.

The work table consists of two sections made of cast aluminum. The front section is adjustable by inclination, the rear section is rigidly fixed. Fixed tilt angles of the rotary table section 0/15/22,5/30/45 degrees.
The height of the grinding drum, mm 115. The maximum height of the workpiece is 90 mm.
There are slots on the machine body for storing all accessories from the standard set: drums, bushings, inserts, washers and a belt assembly.
The plastic case has four mounting holes that serve for fixing on a workbench, table, etc. (fasteners are not included in the delivery package).
Attention!It is forbidden to use the machine for wet grinding. This may result in electric shock.
Wood dust that appears during grinding can be dangerous to your health. Work on the machine only in well-ventilated areas and ensure proper dust removal by connecting the machine to an exhaust system, for example BELMASH DC2500MC, BELMASH DC850C, BELMASH DC2500MC/380 with a 1mm filter cartridge.
